  Region IV Div 1 Semi-Finals  Highland 72  Sauk Valley 68

     The Skyhawks played their hearts out against Highland, leading the Cougars by 4 at the half 29-25 and leading the entire second half until the final 20 seconds.  But Sauk Valley couldn't get the last play they needed, falling to Highland 68-72 to end their season at 19-12.  The Skyhawks put four players in double figures led by point guard Sean Burress with 14 pts. and a game high 8 assists.  Also in double figures for the Skyhawks were LA Fayne with 12 pts., Jaden Clark with 11 pts., and Petia Dogale with 11 pts. and a team leading 11 rebounds.  Also for the Skyhawks, forward Kabine Kaba was named to the Region IV All-Tournament Team for his 30 pt. and 30 reb. performance for the two games.  Thank you Skyhawk fans for all your support this season!  GO SKYHAWKS
